Hello
If we create a Ticket by mail the creation time is everytime -2 hours.
I check the email server time - OK
I check the timezone on the hosting Server - OK
I create a Ticket on the Form - Time is OK
I have don`t find the problem.
Somebody else with this problem?

Had you configure the collector to use date of the mail?

In Mail Collector: "Use mail date, instead of collect one" is set "No"
And still...

Solved!
Not only check Apache-PHP timezone setting, if you set a Cron based on CLI, check the CLI php.ini file into cli config directory, and set "date.timezone" correctly.
Is not necesary to restart apache.
That solve the issue.
