New Ticket - Move to another entity

Hello guys ,

Is any possibility  to move new ticket to another ENTITY  ?
I have a few Entity ( clients ), has one e mail acoount for support , but i would like to move ticket to  special entity , is is possible ?

manually you can use mass actions to move tickets.

But i checked options for Action and cant see any options for move ...

first :
the option should be "add to transfert list"

check if your profile is valid on other entities
