Transferred PC to a new entity, lost software link

Hi.
I moved all the computers from the root entity to the appropriate one, now I've lost all the software installed on the PCs! FusionInventory is running as agent on the PC so I expected it to update the list but it's not happening, as I haven't seen an update in days on the computer list.

Is there any way to restore or regenerate the software associated to a computer? Shall I delete the computer and wait for it to appear again?
