I want to hide some ticket information from all requesters in a specific profile: 'Assigned to - Technician', 'Priority'. Also, the follower shouldn't be able to see the identity of the person who made a followup on a ticket.
The only setting which I found is the ticket template, but it only hides those fields in the ticket form. After the ticket is created and an administrator changed those fields, the requester is still able to see everything.
