email follow-up

Hello I have a problem, I have configured the users by LDAP and the follow-ups work correctly since the email accounts are the same as the configuration, user@abc.com the problem I have is when the user has an email account from another dominiousuario@aaa.com.Someone knows how it can be solved.Thank you
