Problems after updating 9.2 to 9.5

Dear friends.

After updating from version 9.2 to 9.5, my GLPI has been showing some problems, among them when I try to add a new record in the knowledge base, it returns the following error message.

"A link to the SQL server could not be established. Please check your configuration.".

This same error happens when I try to do some other processes within the GLPI.

Have any of you already had a similar problem and could you help me? Thank you.

I have not seen this, but you need to check your webserver log. Most likely you will find an error in it.
