Add last action content to notification

It's there a solution to add to notification via variable content of last action (followup, task...)?
I want to add last change in ticket to notification.

Is there any news about this request?

It's so helpful notify only the last followup in ticket notification. Some like that ##ticket.FollowupLastContent##
