Hi All
Tickets are gettin status as already "assigned" when resquests are created.
How can i set all my ticktes when requests are incoming to show status as "New" on my tickets list ?

New means not assigned
Assigned means assigned to a technician
if you add a technician tickets switches from new to assigned.
I guess your settings automatically adds a technician or a technical group to ticket.
remove this setting and tickets will stay "new"
