Hi at all,
I have a question on how mail notification works.
Inside Setup -> Notification -> Notification I disabled all except for "New Ticket".
Inside "New Ticket's Recipients" I put "Group in charge of the ticket, requester and watcher".
Now, if I create a new ticket, mail works.
However some colleagues of mine doesn't want to receive email cause they prefer to check directly: I told them to put "Notifications for my changes" to "No" thinking it turn off every mail notification, but they are still receving mail.
Te question is: there is a parameter - per user - to avoid mail notification?
