Test Version GLPI 9.5.0-rc1 (time_zone)

Hello good Morning,

In the GLPI version 9.5.0-rc1, under test, there is an inconsistency in the database in the "time_zone".
How do I fix this?

Time zone: Access to the time zone database (mysql) is not allowed.

I've already inserted this below in MariaDB Configuration, but it doesn't work.

[mariadb]
default_time_zone = 'America/Sao_Paulo'

SHOW GLOBAL VARIABLES AS 'time_zone';
| time_zone | SYSTEM
