Print to PDF from Knowledge Base has a wrong format.

When I try to print some Knowledge Base to PDF, looks like the formatting is cleared and the content is printed only as a clear text, not HTML page with formatting. For example I have this HTML code in KB content:

<ol>
<li>prihlás sa do <a href="https://servicedesk.gq/front/computer.form.php?id=7" target="_blank" rel="noopener">KNS serveru</a></li>
<li>prihlás sa cez Phwindows do <a href="https://servicedesk.gq/front/computer.form.php?id=6" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ReDat3</a></li>
<li>spusti <em>Redat management</em> cez start GUI</li>
<li>ulož konfiguráciu spolu s licenciou na disk (postupnosť klávesových skratiek: 5 -&gt; 7 -&gt; 2 -&gt; 3)</li>
<li>v prípade potreby urob screenshoty z administracie nastavenia klapiek a kariet</li>
<li>pozri logy, kedy boli nahraté posledné hovory spustením Redat Clienta -&gt; Administrácia</li>
<li>pozri stavy kariet v Administrácii</li>
<li>odloguj sa z ReDat3</li>
</ol>


But the printed page looks like this:

Hi

Tested that on my instance (9.4.6, latest bugfix applied + 1.6.0 print to pdf plugin) - and can confirm - pdf plugin skips all the formatting from the article (section "Knowledge Base", subsection "Content").
