base source : http://fusioninventory.org/documentation/agent/database
first thing first :
in my case :
[debug] no match for sysobjectID .1.3.6.1.4.1.1271.1.2.10 in database: unknown manufacturer ID
1. find sysoid for device that fusioninventory does not recognize, back up first
2. find dan open sysobject.ids, on linux this file is in this folder /usr/share/fusioninventory
for sysoid : .1.3.6.1.4.1.1271.1.2.10, 1271 is for ciena, type and series 1.2.10
this for my case
#ditambahkan
1271 Ciena Corporation NETWORKING
1271.1.2 Ciena Corporation NETWORKING Ciena 54xx
1271.1.2.10 Ciena Corporation NETWORKING Ciena 5170 Packet Wave Platform
between 1271 and Ciena corporation is a tab, betwen Ciena Coporation and Networking is a tab
#ditambahkan
1271 [tab] Ciena Corporation [tab] NETWORKING
1271.1.2 [tab] Ciena Corporation [tab] NETWORKING [tab] Ciena 54xx
1271.1.2.10 [tab] Ciena Corporation [tab] NETWORKING [tab] Ciena 5170 Packet Wave Platform
save it , and make backup.
I have add several devices, email me and i will send you my sysobject.ids
