Reporting

Hey. I need Glpi tickets custom report, I need a repport that shows all ticket for entity, with id, title, description, solution, date open/closed, each cost and the total cost.

You can install the plugin Reports and create custom reports.

Do you mean 'reports"    1.13.1    by Nelly Mahu-Lasson, Remi Collet? How to customize?
Can you share with me the customized php please?

Following.  I need a similar report that shows the time and cost for tickets within a given date range.  Has anyone completed something like this?
