Hello.
In my setup it is currently posible for a technician update fields from a ticket like title, description, type, location, etc.
I know it's possible to remove access to Update Priority on Profiles > Assistance but I can't find a way to prevent the technician from update other fields.
I've tried to remove access to Update Tickets on Profiles > Assistance but the technician can still edit fields after he assigns himself to the ticket (if he doesn't assign himself he can't edit)
How to prevent a profile (technician) to edit ticket fields?
