Tasks in Business rules for tickets

I have several automatic associations for the calling rules and one of them is to make a series of associations when zabbix sends an alert (associate the machine, categorize, change the priority), however there are some servers, which need to follow a series of checks depending on alert. But I realized that it is not possible to add an information task so that I can put these guidelines in the automatic rules. I also tried to do it via the ticket template, when the email arrives he recategorizes for the template, but he even takes the template but does not include the task.

Is there a way to do this?
