I would like to know how I do so that the ticket is not closed without any technician assigned? Because sometimes the technician forgets to assign and the solution is left without any technician in the call and after the closing is not possible to assign.
The ideal that the technician who gave the solution was automatically assigned to that call, and what can I do with those that are already closed without an assigned technician?
