Some time ago I am looking for a plugin or something that can notify me (E-mail, Telegram, Pop-up etc), called that they are close to winning at GLPI.
It turns out that in my reality, the frequency of calls is high, compared to the number of technicians and the type of demand (incident or request) in our GLPI. And with this reality, I would like some kind of notification to be sent for example:

Opening date: 20-05-2020 at 10:00 h
Time for solution: 20-05-2020 at 12:00 h

I would like that at a certain time, for example, 10 minutes before the call expires, that is, at 11:50 am, the GLPI would notify me, as a reminder.
Have you seen anything like that? Any plugins, applications, or settings in the tool?

You need to setup SLA. It is on GLPI core, no plugins needed.
