GLPI DB migrate from 0.84.40 to 9.4.4 & change URL

Hello All,
I have two servers, old (CentOS 6.5 with GLPI 0.84.40) and new (CentOS 8 with GLPI 9.4.4). I don't know how to prepare for migration database.

1) On old GLPI I use ocs-inventory (v. 2.0.4) and I have all computers in GLPI db (with additionals comments, user history, invoice file etc.). Is there some way to migrate this data to new GLPI but on 9.4.4 I would like to use FusionInventory.
2) If the point 1 is impossible is there any manual (step by step) how to migrate only tickets from 0.84.40 to 9.4.4?
3) On 9.4.4 I have address: serwis[at]mydomain[at]pl/glpi but I need serwis[at]mydomain[at]pl. How to change that? When I open http://serwis[at]mydomain[at]pl I getting:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Re: GLPI DB migrate from 0.84.40 to 9.4.4 & change URL

you can dump your 0.84 database using  mysqldump command line ( glpi's backup is not working properly).
then restore your dump  in an  EMPTY database on your new server.
extract install glpi9.4.4 package on your new server.

run glpi 9.4.4 installation  pointing on your new database.
