Invalid OCSNG configuration (TRACE_DELETED must be active)

Dear Administrators,

Having some issue while integrating OCSNG with GLPI.

Server Details.

Operating system
OS Name :Linux x86_64
Kernel :3.10.0-327.22.2.el7.x86_64
RAM installed :1.80 Gio
Free RAM :1.01 Gio
CPU :Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3210 CPU @ 3.20GHz

TRACE_DELETED already enabled in OCSNG configuration.

but still GLPI giving error while testing.

please suggest me solution to overcome this issue.

Olá, eu configurei corretamente o meu OCS, na hora de testar a conexão, aparece o seguinte erro..

Hello,

Did you find a resolution?

I solved this by accident today.

You must go into your OCS Inventory settings and enable the setting.

Configuration > General Configuration > Server > TRACE_DELETE = ON

That will allow GLPI to access OCS fully.
