I have a demand that is as follows: I am using the plugin "fields" (additional fields). I created a dropdown field that appears on the ticket creation screen. You can select from 4 different values for this field. For example (region 1, region 2, region 3, region 4).
Would it be possible to create a method that by selecting the location of the ticket (locations_id) would assign its region?
For example: locality 1, locality 2 belong to region 1.
locality 3 and locality 4 belong to region 2.
and so on.
It is expected that when selecting location 1 you already enter the region you belong to in the field created with the fields plugin in the ticket opening screen.
