installing glpi 9.4.3 on synology

after I enter my db info it goes to next page and only says this:

***Page***
GLPI SETUP

Step 2
Test of the connection at the database
Database connection successful
***end_page***

there are no options to continue setup.

also I have read a similar problem where he fixed it by using the ip address of the server as the hostname and when i use the IP as my hostname it says this:

"Can't connect to the database
The server answered: Connection refused"

I am using Apache 2.2 and MariaDB on Synology
can someone help please?
