Do you have a method to alert the help desk assigned technician when a USER updates a ticket please? We are having to scroll thru the tickets a couple times an hour just to see if there is any updates. I do get email updates when the technician updates the tickets however not when the user updates the tickets. It does not email me when the user answers me back or replies on the ticket and I need email notification so I know they have answered back (without going and looking thru dozens of tickets every hour for replies). Thank you
