assign group to ticket

Can you assign a group to a ticket based on the group the user belongs to (assuming he only belongs to one group)?
Also does anyone know which file is responsible for the description text area because i seem to have misplaced it smile

use behaviours plugin.

select  requester and plugin adds user group to ticket ( first group, all user groups)

Thanks for your reply. I wanted to send an approval request to the group manager of the group the requester belongs to. I managed to do
that by creating a rule that assigns requester group to ticket and then based on that send approval request to group manager. Simply asking to check
requester in group and then send approval request to that group's manager for some reason it did not work.


Now to my second point. If the Decription Text box of a ticket (during creation) is missing where can i find it? big_smile
