Web notifications not showing up

Hi,

I've updated our GLPI to the 9.4 version recently. I'm trying to set the web notifications (Configuration > Notification > Activate web notification > Yes). We weren't using this in previous version.

When I push the test button, it works instantly.

When I try to test it creating/updating/closing tickets, there's no notification showing up.
Neither on my browser or on other computers.

I can't find any related entry in GLPI's documentation (EN/FR).

What am I missing? Is there an automatic action involved?

Is there a specific automated action I need to look at? Or maybe a specific log file?

Hi,
you need to create a notification and notification template, for example, "Add Followup (ajax)". In the notification template you need to set the browser mode
