Hy guys,
I'm new in GLPI and i did not found an option/feature to save and show the IP address from user that opened the ticket.
For the hardware support team this information is very important.
Is there a way to do it ?

Hi,
I guess the usual way is to have the computers inventoried, and force users link an asset on ticket creation.
IP are there, since they are logged on user login.
If you really need them, the best way would be to develop a plugin.
