How implement the Forms Plugin and Process Maker

Hi Guys,

I would like to know if someone have tips, documentation or had experience to implement the plugin Forms and Process Maker.
I want to implement the forms to improve the user experience and ProcessMaker integrated to improve some business process management, likes PO Request process.

I've experience in this, as we are running several PM processes in my company, using GLPI and PM server along with the PM plugin.
