Send an email to log a call ??

Can GLPI be set up where all end users can email one email address, and in turn a call is auto logged/opened in GLPI?
The end users have requested if this is possible? They would like an easier and quicker way to log a helpdesk call, just sending an email to a generic email address with any details of the problem seems to be a common solution in other helpdesk call logging tools.
