Hello, I'm trying to have two types of notifications:
1) Notifications for all ticket followups. Configured as event "New Followup".
2) Notification for solution rejection. Configured as event "Solution Rejection".
The problem is that if a user rejects the notification, it triggers both a rejection notification and also a follow up notification so the technician in charge of the ticket gets two emails for that rejection. Is there any way to configure GLPI so that if the event is a rejection of a solution it only triggers a rejection notification and not also a Followup?

I think this is not possible right now.
IMH, it doesn't seem such a big problem.
