file not Found update GLPI 9.4.3

Hello, I recently updated the version of my GLPI to 9.4.3. It happens that now the files that were loaded before the update can no longer be found and shows me the message file not found. I await your help.

did you backup?
copy the files from the backup over the new version and everything will be back

Hello,
the files should be stored in /glpi/files/.
You have to copy this folder from your backup in your new glpi installation.
