Notification of new tickets

Dear all,

I would like to receive a notification about new tickets and updates/changes to these tickets, even if I am not the responsible technician. Is this possible and if so, how?

create a group ie "newticketsupervision"
add your user to this group

add this group as recipient for newticket,updateticket  notifications
