Hi at all,
I'm doing various test to GLPI before put it in production.
I have a big doubt about Ticket.
Let say a user open a ticket for a problem. After I resolved the problem, I want to close writing down the solution.
I know I can go to "processing ticket" -> solution -> write down the solution and press add.
I want to know if, inside the "ticket" main mask, there is a place where i can put the solution comment which will close the ticket (My effort is to avoid a lot of click by going inside processing ticket -> solution -> comment)

It is not possible.
What You can do is :
Change status in main ticket dropdown
Édit description and add your solution
Save ticket
