GLPI step 2 problem

Hi guys I`m new in GLPI domain I`m having some troubles while installing.

I use windows server 2019
installed wamserver and cannot proceed more than step 2 I`ll stack here, I will show the message I`m receiving.
Can't connect to the database
The server answered: The server requested authentication method unknown to the client
I`m trying with admin sql user also with root user it`s the same problem.

SQL server (MariaDB or MySQL)  localhost
SQL user                                   admin
SQL password                            **********

I need help as soon as posible thank you very much.

Does your MySQL instance run?
Can you connect using another MySQL client?

As a side note, installing PHP and MySQL in Windows Serveur 2019 has never been easier.
You could use IIS instead of WAMP server and stay in line with the OS capabilities.
