Hi
I'm evaluating GLPI for my company and got a question I wasn't able to figure out. Is it possible for our helpdesk to answer to Email Tickets? For example, if we need more information about a problem? I haven't found this option, but know it from another ticketing system and felt that was really practical as we then would have the whole mail story in the ticketing system.

Yes you can. Configure mail receivers.
Setup > Receivers.
