Mail from admin is disregarded

We are trying to make a mail-based ticket system.

All new mails are being fetched and tickets are made, but when I reply via e-mail from the receiver it doesn't register in the ticket. And when the requester does reply, it adds in the follow ups.

Is is possible to register the reply mails from admin via e-mail?

mm - i think this is a special combo. Don't you use the admin glpi address for that. You can use each other technian address or something else but not the adress from glpi.
