I have 3 categories, System, Network and Totvs and 3 Business Rules to assign to a specific group technican based on the category.
When the user open a ticket, it show only the categories (I hidded subcategory in the Simplified Mode, so the techinican specify in the Standard Mode), but when the technician assign a ticket to himself, i want him to specifiy the subcategories , but it shows the subcategories of the other categories (ex: I dont need the technician of Network see the subcategories of Totvs).
Its possible to do that without messing with the code? or split the category and subcategory in different dropdown lists to manage that.
I dont see how i can do that using entities, because we need the groups to exchange tickets.
