Dear pros,
i have an issue with assigning Tickets to a particular technician.
I have created a technician Group where all technician are registered.
I have even defined business rule for tickets for auto assignment, however now the issue is even though i have defined the business rule for the tickets, when the Simplified Interfaces user creates the ticket based on category it gets assigned to the particular technician but the other technician is also able to view it.
How to configure the technician profile or the rule to not allow other technician to view tickets not assigned to them.
