Hi, I used version 9.3.3 without any problem, and cron tasks ,in particular queuednotification, worked fine.
I have update to version 9.4.1.1 and cront task stops to work properly.
I have 2 row in the crontab of apache user:
*/1 * * * * <path>/php <wwwpathofglpi>/front/cron.php --force queuednotification &>/dev/null
*/1 * * * * <path>/php <wwwpathofglpi>/front/cron.php &>/dev/null
but I have to launch queuednotification manually, otherwise does not run.

Did you try to comment "*/1 * * * * <path>/php <wwwpathofglpi>/front/cron.php --force queuednotification &>/dev/null" out ?
