How to create a new ticket status?
Hello, it´s possible to create a new category in ticket status? I want to create the fallow category:

You might want to consider a plugin called "More Ticket". It allows you to add more information when you chose "Pending".
Also, your "In Study" state (which sounds like a form of "Pending") seems to be tied to some kind of "Approval". You might want to consider using that feature (you can search on and display approval columns).
