Business rules do not run
Hello, I have created a rule that when there is a ticket and I assign it to the administrator, it is automatically changed to the technical group "test glpi" but it does not work. How can I force this rule?
Only works with new tickets that are previously assigned to the administrator technician or does it work for tickets already created?

Check your entity where you created rules and where you created task.

When creating a new object, always check the current organization of the user.

I know how rules are created, but the rule that I believe does not work.
I have user requests that are assigned to a technical group. When a technician assigns that request, I want that technical group to disappear. I have created that rule but it is not working
