Hello,
i use few recivers for Tickets. In configuration i have that all recivers are connected to mail server. When i get actions and get mails manualy then all work fine.
But automatic action don't get mails. In logs i have that mailgate connect to mail server and don't get any mails..

Where i can search any logs from automatic actions and recivers?

mails sent are in mail.log.
In Debug mode you have a new tab in ticket where you can control event, recipients and mail addresses defined

Thanks Yellen. I noticed in the logs that the mailgate service has no entries.
I stop this action, run manually and set run this as automatic.. and run fine.
