can't add documents anymore

Hi

We can't add documents to tickets or knowlege base anymore. When we add a documents, nothing happens. We are using now GLPI 9.3.

I even can't add a picture to a User. Some user had a picture, now they are all gone.

Sadly I can't edit my own postings:

I got now a better error message:

How can this be fixed?
