So on the main menu of glpi you have an overview of open tickets, ones assigned to you and ones for the satisfactionsurvey.
Now, all of the finished tickets are in the satisfactionsurvey window, is there an option to hide this or make it so the tickets do not come into this overview?
We don't use this function so I would like to get rid of this entry or just have the tickets not show up there.
