Hi to all,
I am having a problem with the notifications, currently when a new ticket is created, the user that created it receives a notification.
But, we have users or some cases where , during the creation of a ticket through an e-mail, NO notification must be send.
Some automated jobs do not need to receive an e-mail that a ticket was created.
Any good ideas on how to deal with it?
