Create a custom report, evaluating on start time & end time of ticket

I have list of tickets created manually and automated ones from webservices. On the basis of its severity and time taken to resolve, I have to create a custom report which will evaluate the performance of the devices.

Is there any report plugin, where I could define the criteria based on the start time & end time of ticket.

I am new to GLPI. Please help!
