Hello,
I'm having issue when it comes to updating existing devices on GLPI with Fusion Inventory,
It appears that the information of the clients are in fact not updating I realized this after manually checking the IP addresses to see if they corresponded with the current IP configuration the company has set up.
I have tried to force inventories multiple times but it does not seem to work, I've checked to see if the agents were by any chance directed to a different GLPI server, but they aren't, there aren't any connectivity issues to the server, no firewall blocking me, so i really don't know at this point.
I'd like to know if there is a solution to this problem or if it's just a simple configuration mistake, has this ever happened to someone else ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
My build :
GLPI v9.3.1
Fusion Inventory Agents v2.4
PHP v7
MariaDB v10.0.3
Offline
it seems to be a plugin problem for me as related here --> http://forum.fusioninventory.org/viewtopic.php?id=5692
Ph1 // Admin Systèmes & Réseaux
OS : Ubuntu 14.04
Authentification Kerberos // SSO Multi domaines AD
GLPI 9.2.3 // Fusion Inventory 9.2+2.0 (agent 2.4)

Hello,
thank you giving me that information, I was starting to wonder if it was my server that was causing the issues but apparently not
If it is in fact a plugin issue I hope that they get it fixed ASAP
Thank you once again

Did you look to the fusion Inventory update rules ?
Perhaps they are in disable mode !
