If I set on a ticket template to
##lang.followup.isprivate## : ##followup.isprivate##
I get (In Catalan):
"Privat : Sí"
and
"Privat : No"
Shouldn't that be True?
Or maybe have ##IFfollowup.isprivate## work without having to write:
##IFfollowup.isprivate=(Yes|Si|Sí|Oui|Ja|diakh|Weewawo|Hai|...)## (I'm just assuming here, since there's Sí (Catalan), Si (Spanish) and Yes (English))
It seems kind of a pain to have to translate boolean values when writing templates for each language you use on your tickets.

You don't have to translate boolean value, GLPI give the translation of the recipient language.
If you want to check a value, use the boolean
##IFfollowup.isprivate=0## => for public followup
