tickets from anonymous users
How should I do to obtain tickets from anonymous users (users not registered in GLPI)?
version glpi 9.3.3
Allow anonymous ticket creation (helpdesk.receiver) = YES
Allow anonymous followups (receiver) = YES

Anonymous user do the ticket with mail collector?

In my cae, the user anonymous makes the ticket with the mail collector.
I have been able to enter tickets form user anonymous correcting rules.
Can the anonymous user receive ticket closing notice by email?
Can the anonimous user receive mail with satisfaction survey notifications?
Could you configure the life cycle of an anonymous user?
