we are into v9.3.1, notification templates are set to send emails to 'administrator','followup author','requester','technician in charge of the ticket','watcher' in that order, however, only admins receive emails (people with Recursive admin profile access), no one else receives any notifications. How to resolve that?
Also, emails are not triggered in real time, only in batches twice or thrice a day. How to schedule the email sender in real time?

You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

Yes, Notifications are set up at root level (recursive)
Users are first created at root level , then authorization is given to each user to the required entity and mapping with root alone is removed.
Do you think this is causing the problem?
