close ticket

How can I prevent users from responding to a closed ticket and having a new ticket sent by email?

Don't close to fast. You can solve the ticket and use the automatic to close it in 3 weeks


You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

You can't: a reply to a closed ticket will create a new one linked to the closed ticket
