Problems receiving emails tickets

We have the 9.3 Glpi in use.
We receive incident notifications correctly, they are assigned to the corresponding entity.

The problem is with a Synology NAS, when they send an email to the corresponding address, never enter as an incident.
And nothing in the logs.

If we force the recovery manually, he keeps thinking for a long time, the popup does not come out saying that they have entered or that they have been refused, and he does not do anything.

With other e-mails, we get the accepted or not.

Any clue where the problem is?

Thank you

Re: Problems receiving emails tickets

Hello !

Have you enable "Allow anonymous ticket creation" in "Setup ==> General ==> Assistance" ?
